I can not say enough about my experience with Chad as a provider of my business insurance. I provide services relating to upkeep of property and as such my needs tend to be very fluid. Where I have needed him most is in providing COI documentation to companies and property managers. The level of responsiveness to my requests has been incredible. At times I have literally made the request driving to the client in question only to have the certificate be in the fax machine when I get there. This helps to promote my companies performance especially when compared to other vendors. I have on several occasions had the comment that dealing with us for this paperwork was abnormally swift and how I must pay a premium for that level of service. Truth be told, I pay less than anyone I know. On top of that, I arrive at the job and walk right in and get to work while others are sitting there waiting and waiting. Thank you Chad.

Excellent, fast service and was able to provide me with a policy that was difficult to draft due to the specialized nature of my work. He beat the next best offer (which was who my boss used) by around 400$. Now my boss uses Chad, as well as my colleagues. Very personable guy, and i was able to pay using my Chase iPhone app. I have an incredibly busy schedule and they made getting the insurance I needed for my business painless. Top notch.
