I have been with Rich Cowles since 2009. I have my auto insurance and homeowners insurance through them. Anytime I have called with questions, I was immediately helped. He and his office are always there for you, are always professional and friendly and, most of all, knowledgeable. If they are unable to immediately answer your questions, they set an expectation of when they will be getting back to you, and then they follow through. Their customer service is what customer service should be ..... awesome!
