I have been with Eugene Yates Insurance my entire driving career. They came highly recommended to me, and I in turn highly recommend them. Luz has been my agent over the years and never disappoints. She is kind, smart, and always takes care of me. Every year, around my auto insurance renewal, she gets in touch to let me know what is happening with my policy and searches for ways to save me money. Whether it be finding me new discounts I am eligible for or inquiring about my annual miles driven to see if I am in the appropriate rating categories. This is the one place where I know they have my best interest at heart and where they care about saving me money! I highly recommend Eugene C Yates Insurance and their world class agents.

During an auto claim the agency helped walk me through the process as well as contact the adjuster to help me understand the repairs/payments.
