We first turned to McKenna Insurance Services when our insurance carrier cancelled various policies we had with them and we didn’t know what to do. Patrick jumped right in and did the research to figure out what we could do. Patrick & Monica take the time to personally know your situation, and you are not a file in a computer being processed by a computer. Because they know our personal situation, they have been able to adjust policies when appropriate and are always mindful of ways to save on the premium. We recently experienced the claims process, and found it very reassuring to have someone to talk to when things get a little stressful. They were ready to jump in and go to bat for us to be sure the claims process went smoothly and that we received what we were fully entitled to, and that was for an accident that was our fault. We have been able to confidently refer family and friends to McKenna Insurance Services and know they are treated promptly and fairly. Thank you!

Since the moment I contacted BasePoint I received GREAT customer service. Monica replied readily fast to my inquiry about an insurance quote and gave me a hassle free time about all my questions. Before contacting Basepoint, all other insurance companies wanted me to get their insurance right at the moment and made me feel pressured.
