Cannot stand this bank. I switched here only because I moved to New York for a year and this was the only bank in Arkansas and up there I could find close. The service I have had with them over the last year and a half has been abysmal. Hidden fees, extra charges, had a customer service rep tell me sorry that is the policy, and that I could zero out my account at a nearby location if I wanted to. Would not recommend ever.

I would rather eat a bullet than use bank of america. I used them for six years. At least two or three times a year I had problems with them. If you want to waist your time, money, and sanity them they are for you.
