Gardendale Branch is the worst closing company in the world they told us Stephanie told us she would match our closing cost and then charged double that fee she also let a realtor charge us 500.00 and we didnt have a realtor she charged us for two title searches who needs two she claimed the extra money on our closing was from earnest money we had no earnest money stay away from this company. on sharitt ave in gardendale the ones in cullman al were very nice and honest
