I was forced to give at least one star. When I called to file a claim, Mr. Martinez in San Diego asked me who’s fault it was. His in my opinion, I replied. He then informed me that I did not need to call... My heart sunk into my stomach. But I don’t think his (the other drivers) insurance company is going to take my word for it, I explained. He then asked me if I called the police, to which I replied: was I supposed to? No, said Mr. Martinez, in California, if the accident was minor they probably wouldn’t have come... I filed the claim on Friday and it’s Monday and no adjuster has called. I called Mr Martinez this morning and he said 24 to 48 business hours so maybe today or tomorrow. In my experience the money saved switching from infinity was not even close to worth it.
They are so expensive. I canceled my plan and switched to geico that very next month. I paid the huge joining fee plus the cost of insurance for that month and after switching insurance agencys I recieved a bill in the mail. When I called asking why I have a bill from them they said its a cancellation fee and they had already sent my bill to collections. Well they lied and havent even sent it to collections yet but before they do I have been calling the number to pay the fee and the automative phone system hangs up on me EVERY time so then I go on to call the other number I looked up and they are always closed even when I try calling a little bit before they SHOULD be closed. Very hectic...
Google should really add the ZERO Stars option.First off. Freeway insurance stiffed me by insuring me with this company, the worst company that I have ever been with. They are downright rude and difficult to deal with. They charged my card, then harassed me with calls for me to pay them. When they finally figured out that I had already paid, he just said okay, and hung up the phone. A few days later, I got a call saying that my policy is cancelled. Now I am screwed out of money and insurance.
THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST!!!! I RECENTLY GOT THIS INSURANCE MY BILL WENT FROM 78 TO 111 TO 129 TO 149 IN 2 MONTHS!!!!! AND THEN THEY TELL ME IF I WANT TO CANCEL I HAVE TO PAY A FEE. THEN I WANTED TO ADD ANOTHER CAR AN THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO GO INTO THE OFFICE? WHY!!!! I DIDNT HAVE TO GO INTO THE OFFICE WHEN I GOT THE FIRST CAR. AND THUS IS A BRAND NEW CAR IM TRYING TO BUY AND I CANT LEAVE OFF THE LOT WITHOUT INSURANCE! I HATEEEEEEEEEE THEM PLEASE NOBODY NEEDS TO EVER GET THIS INSURANCE!!!!
Worst customer service I have ever had with an insurance company. They refused to change my due date to the 1st of the month so I cancelled my insurance a week after I had made a payment. Instead of refunding what they owed me though they sent me a check for a measly $16 when I paid $92 for the month. A supervisor never bothered to return my call so I am leaving a review on google. Buyers beware. This company will rob you given the chance.
HORRIBLE INSURANCE!!! I just signed up with them this month and already being hassled with "late fees" due to I paid my insurance on the 10th day of the grace period. Spoke to "Flo" who was so rude and had an attitude, he said that I had to pay it by the 9th day in order to avoid the late fee, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred blindly to a VM and got hung up on. Will be switching auto insurance company for sure.
Got into a minor car accident. I reported to the company, and its been a awful experience trying to resolve the issues. Cant seem to gey trew. This is not a good company. And on top of that they charge $5 to make a payment online ? Like really !!!!!?? Makes no freken sense. Why do i have to pay a fee to pay my ins policy
STAY AWAY FROM MULTI STATE!!!!!! i was promised my first discount wheni hit the age of 25 and i was promised a safe driver discount as well. none of it ever got to me ACTUALLY my insurance just kept going up. DO NOT USE MULTI STATE AT ALL.. STAYYYY AWAYYYY. no one deserves this kind of "service"
Terrible Service I do not recommend this insurance I am sorry at the time I thought to hagararla for my car and supposedly I have an insurance that covers me all the damages but it is not like that ..... I miss it in every way and as an equal service
Horrible horrible horrible. I have been having problem with them for months regarding late fees and dues (which the policy seems to change with every different person I talk to). They do not know how to deal with their customers and their target market.
Worst insurance ever! All the staff I dealt with is very unfriendly, they also act like if they were doing you a favor. Literally the only time that they bother to call you is when they try to collect non-existent bills.
They are easy to deal with it. Very nice people sends me a bill every month cheap as hell and good service
