We have used Bug Man for the past 3 years for stink bug treatment. This year the new tech sprayed our luggage (which was in storage) with a white powder which required soap and water to remove. We were not expecting to scrub and dry our luggage before packing it the next day for our trip. Owner/manager offered no compensation except a discount off a future service.

BEWARE. Their tactics are very SCAM oriented. Will nickel & dime you for a subscription, then attempt to pile fees on top of them. Their business ethics just feel so wrong. Be ready for upcharges and fees. Bad business. Would NOT recommend.
