Jeff, Michelle at your agency is so nice & helpful! I spoke to her after speaking to my old agency in Boulder (as I want to transfer my policy from Boulder to NYC) and it is like night & day. She was extremely helpful and explained thoroughly what she needed to do to transfer my policy. I told her that she was much nicer than Jackie who I worked with over the phone from the Boulder office and she seemed genuinely happy to be working with your team. It is refreshing to hear this! My agent was/is Mary Cuevas. I think I hit jack pot when I reached her. She took her time, advised me of all the discounts I could receive if I did certain things. She gave me 3 quotes and took her time with each one. Very friendly agent. I would recommend State Farm. They actually had a lower quote than Geico and I was previously with Geico for 10 years. Its always best to shop around and I found the best deal I could get. Thank you Mary for taking the time with me. It was my pleasure.
