I worked with Tiffany through my employer to ensure proper renters insurance coverage. She was amazing at making sure my tenants had all the information needed and would go out of her way to get me the info asap. Due to all of her thoroughness and reliability on providing prompt and amazing customer service, when I moved companies, I reached to her to be our preferred provider to my tenants. She quickly sprang into action with providing me business cards and brochures to help educate tenants on the importance of renters insurance. After working with Tiffany, it became apparent that she would do what was she could to help out a client and save them the most money, while protecting their home and lives. Needless, to say my husband and I switched our insurance provider to State Farm and are saving much more money then our previous insurance carrier. Thank you Tiffany for all your hard work!

I have been with State Farm for 31 years and had to transfer to a Washington agent since I now live in Vancouver. It has not been a fun experience, when I called to talk to my agent (not his assistant’s) I was routed to Jeremy who I normally talk to. I vented my frustrations with my son’s cancellation notice,( I was assured that he has insurance) and the surprise increase in my premium (a onetime event). I told Jeremy that next time I call and want to talk to Aaron, that is who I wanted to talk to and was told that some agents do not work that way. However, he would give Aaron a message that I wanted to talk to Aaron. I have been waiting since August 5th for Aaron to call me. My son just got a phone call from the car dealership that the insurance was cancelled… It appears that the office got all the required paperwork for the actually billing department did not.
