Scott is an excellent representative of State Farm. Every time I talk with says I have the best of State Farm! It is very professional in their work also very respectful and friendly. Since I conosi Scott I had no problems with State Farm and the best is speaking Spanish and I feel comfortable! I recommend that you spend with Scott Gifford!

I recently moved from Florida to Vancouver and had a large to-do list, with my insurance being towards the bottom of that list. Brad Robertson emailed me and let me know that he was available if I needed any assistance. He quickly contacted my FL agent, gave me several quotes, answered all my questions thoroughly, and communicated with me through email (very convenient with my busy schedule). I had my insurance transferred and temporary insurance cards in no time and it was a big relief to have that taken care of. Brad was extremely friendly and I am very thankful that he offered his assistance. This is why I continue to stay with State Farm. Thank you Brad!

When we decided it was time to switch our insurance Scott was there every step of the way. He was thorough in finding discounts for us and made sure we got the best price possible. After gathering our information he very timely came back with a quote matching our insurance needs and budget much better than our previous insurance company ever could have. He then walked us through the necessary steps to switch and in less than an hour we had set up automatic payments and received our new ID cards. It was the first time I can honestly say I enjoyed dealing with an insurance agent.

I found several things that I was: a) not covered properly on because I never thought to ask b) not getting all the cost savings I could get because I failed to discuss things previously.
