I have had several instances where I needed insurance advice. Jeff Shi and his whole team are very knowledgeable. I know I can call Jeff at a moments notice if I have a question. They have very quick follow ups, attentive to the customer need. I actually have learned a lot about the way insurance works through Jeff. If you want someone who is honest, dependable, will not gouge on the price, and actually cares about their customers J & J Insurance with Allstate is the company to go with.

Jeff and Yolanda are the most professional, personable team ever. They answer any and all questions and cater to your needs. I know I can call then for guidance (like a tow) and they will guide me. Anything car related really. I truly feel like the commercial, "your I n good hands with Allstate" (Jeff and Yolanda that is). We also use then for our homeowners and safe a bunch!
