I called Ryan Baxter because of the many happy reviews he had received on Google. I am pleased to report that I have joined the ranks of happy clients! I had a trust that had been written in Oregon and amended by myself twice since I had been in Utah. I was worried the specifics would not hold up in Utah so I needed someone to review it, incorporate the amendments and make sure it was a legal Utah document. Ryan did what is called a “restatement” which merged the two amendments with the original trust, but the name of the trust is the same and the properties do not have to be changed over to a new trust. So pleased I followed the Google reviews and called him first. Not only is he very knowledgeable about trusts. but he is very personable and a good listener. Thank you Ryan. I referred my mom to the Law Firm of Ryan D. Baxter because her previous attempt to set up a will and trust with another law firm was unsuccessful and the process was never completed. My mom was somewhat intimidated by the process and Ryan was able to set her mind at ease and set up her trust correctly. Ryan and his associate took a hands on approach by driving all the way out to her home in Eagle Mountain to meet with her and even went with her to the bank to ensure everything went smoothly and all of her questions were answered. He followed up with a phone call to me as the executor of her will and filled me in on the changes and corrections made. The Law Firm of Ryan Baxter was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend him.
