James was extremely helpful to me in my off market real estate deal. He guided me through the entire process and was always extremely responsive to my questions as I went through the stressful process of purchasing the home. However, what I think I like best about James was his experience in these deals, so when I ran into problems that normally my real estate agent would have helped talk me through (non legal matters) he was always spot on and helped me get through it. Things such as the issues in the inspection process or loan process. My specific issue was getting the loan approved quicker. He explained to me how the entire loan process works, so I was far more educated when speaking with my loan officer to get the entire process handled in a timely manner.

James represented me during a house purchase, he made sure that all the paperwork was in order and that the deed from the title company actually qualified as a warranty deed. Originally it did not. Additionally the title company switched deeds after the title objection and he amended the new deed at the last minute. James was helpful and professional and I would work with him again.
