Much easier experience then i ever expected. I had originally called Utah Lending Pro to ask questions for my daughter. After speaking with Carlo he gave me some of the best information I have received when buying a house. Carlo was very straight forward and made the whole process extremely easy. Carlo is the primary reason that I now own my own home today. This was something I have been working on for quite some time now and Utah lending made it happen.
