My experience with this law firm has been horrible they have promised me my case would be settled within 6 months and that was 2 12 years ago every other week for two years getting the run around smh. My friend was also involved in the same accident and her case was settled a while ago with a different lawyer she never had the issues I have with this law firm they kept her updated and got her case settled with no problems. When I call one of their staff always has an attitude and all I get is a run around and lies saying they will contact me back and I never hear a thing. I would never recommend David Smith and his staff to anyone.

Davis Smith is an amazing attorney, very respectful and hard working. He has handled my first case and the outcome was great! He is currently handling my 2nd case, which is not going to well. The staff is acting lazy, every time I call for an update on my case I get excuses that somebody has quit, somebody will return my call, or somebody has just walked out the office. My phone calls are never returned. This case has been going on for 1 year as of today, and NEVER have I Received a call about an update on my case, since I have been in to get the case started. Very irritating, frustrating, and upsetting!

We definitely agree NEVER use him hes all about publicity....And the staff he has loves lying and giving you a run around, our case is no further than when it started almost 2 years ago!!! And this aint NO million dollar case....One of our friends has a couple million dollar case and has NEVER seen or spoke to anyone since he hired em and it has been over 3 years.

I was in a head on collision and suffered a compound fracture. Not sure what to do and unable to walk I decided to contact the Gorilla law office. Davis graciously came to my home to visit me and assured me he would help me get everything taken care of. It was quite a process but Davis fought for me and my case did settle for a lump sum.
