I have had the opportunity to work with Doug Greene as a mentor, both during his employment at Legal Services of New Jersey and now that he is in private practice. Though I am currently retired from the practice of law, we most recently spoke regularly on a housing matter involving a tenant who was notified by her landlord that she would be receiving an extremely large rent increase. This case also involved a wider issue, namely the expiration of internal, time-limited housing subsidies that are integral to many, if not most, affordable housing agreements between developers and the municipalities. Doug’s diligent, committed and thorough research with regard to both factual and legal issues, coupled with his skilled and effective advocacy, not only resulted in a positive resolution for his client, but also contributed meaningfully to efforts centered on the wider concern noted above. I would recommend Doug to anyone with a landlord/tenant or other housing matter.

My experience with Daniel Shoemaker and the SSDI Lawyers of New Jersey could not have gone any better. He sat with me for a couple hours, listening to everything I had to say and met my grandson and treated us very well.
