Having been a legal secretary for over 30 years, I tend to have little faith in lawyers. But my experience with Weston has been more than I could ever ask. I had a credit card account which, because of health reasons and other financial problems, I could not pay out. To my surprise, the credit card company sued me for the small balance on the account. Not wanting to default and end up being in more trouble, I contact Weston Legal who work with situations such as mine. They were always prompt in their response to my emails and although I had to pay a flat fee, they were kind enough to allow me to pay it out over a few months. I was assuming that the best case scenario was that the company would work out a payment plan for me but that never happened. INSTEAD I got an email from Weston that the case had been DISMISSED! I was, needless to say, elated. I would definitely recommend Weston Legal for any problems such as this. I am not certain what areas of law they additionally cover but I would check them out before contacting any other firm. Thank you Weston for your help!! What a huge relief to get this monkey off my back!

I found Weston & Associates on a web search and I am so glad I chose this firm. Everyone was extremely helpful and I loved the fact that I just called or emailed the office and they responded right away. Everything was done by email which was great for me because I do not always have a lot if time to just sit on the phone handling personal business while I am at work. After recieving a letter about a credit card company suing me I was really scared but after Speaking to Kate, I felt a lot better. My case was dismissed and I did not have to pay a dime to the credit card company!!! I love the fact that they let you pay them in a couple of payments instead of requesting all of the money upfront!! I would highly recommend Weston & Associates!! They are all awesome!! Way to go Mike and Kate!!!

We were very satisfied with Mike Weston and his associate Kate Wallis. We were always informed and updated on our case. It was affordable and easy to get back to our normal life. They are quick to help and they dont stop until the job gets done. They still keep in contact to make sure we have what we need. I will definately use them again if needed. I really am so very pleased they were able to help me in this matter, I sure could not have done it without them. Im very happy with their speedy services and I will be sure to refer them to any one who needs representation on a matter like this one. I had a great experience with Weston Legal. I had been served a debt consolidation lawsuit and while I was searching for some legal consultation, their name came up. I had tried other law firms but they were the first to respond really quickly hours after I sent the initial inquiry. They are very professional and I liked how they set everything up through email (which I really preferred) and also set me up with how to do payments. I did have some trouble with them charging me an extra payment, but after talking to them, they fixed the matter promptly. They settled my case with minimum hassle and minimum payment! Kudos to Mallory Delaney and Susie Garcia! If I ever have troubles again, I will certainly go to them again for assistance! Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind Attorney Mike Weston and his staff were while working with me on outstanding Credit Card Debit. After my husband died and our electrical business closed I received several notices from a company suiting me by placing a lean against my home. If you find yourself in this position please contact an Attorney (Weston) and seek help. After searching the Web and a phone call to Weston & Associates I felt safe to move forward but still had doubts. Long story short this was settled in a very timely manner and dismissed with a small settlement that I could afford. I would use Weston & Assoc. again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I found them by using web search and it was great that I did.. Being a single mother It was hard to find an affordable attorney to handle this case. I am grateful that I found them. When I called Weston, I really did not know what to expect. Jessie was the first person I spoke with and she explained how the process worked and that I had the option to pay their fee in monthly payments. Simple and affordable...great, sign me up! My mom was having major hear issue that put her in the hospital and cause her not to be able to cover some old debt so in return these places are suing my mom and West Legal has taken care of everything and they have put all of us at ease.
