Their customer service is so rude. When I had a question for her the answer she gave me was " I welcome you to finding a new car insurance company". I thought their job was to keep their customers not send them to someone else. All I wanted to do was add a new car to my current policy. There was no need to be so rude about it, all she had to say was we can not add this car to your current policy. Looks like I am going to give my business to a new insurance company. I used to love this company but bad service is a deal breaker.

I am full time public servant and was with AG Workers for 20 yrs until 2016 never had a ticket or accident or filed a claim thinking they supported government employees and would offer the best to me I never compared rates with other companies. Then one day an Allstate agent actually did her job and compared I was literally paying 900 dollars a year too much with my perfect driving record. I will never recommend Ag Workers to anyone ever again.

Worst experience EVER! There insurer hit my parked car in a parking lot! He took full responsibility and called his company (Agworkers) They gave me such a hard time trying to get my car fixed and get me a rental! I hope I never have to deal with them again! Ever!! I would give No stars if I could!!
