This man is the worst man I ever ever seen conduct business. He not only owns this insurance agency but he rents house as well and treats his tenants like crap!!!! I rented a house from him not too long ago and it was always an issue with something. There was always stuff breaking that he was charging me for and he should of been fixing them because the house was in such bad shape. He also showed u to my house many times in announced pounding on the door, leaving notes, and to top it all off he always smelled like alcohol. ALWAYS!! He left beer cans in my garage and my kitchen numerous times. The word around town is that he has a bunch of money but treats his clients and tenants like crap, giving them the worst service and cheapest products. BEWARE!!!!

This office...what can I say...I forget to pay my bills, they call... I need to get some paperwork signed, they arrange it... I am having an issues with a Claim, they tell me how to navigate it. Yeah, sometimes I leave a message, but they call me back. I also have their email address, so I can contact them via that method. And about State Farm, I have had them for about 14 years now. In 18 months I got back every thing I ever gave them, plus 20%. When you need those checks, they write them. Its worth the extra few $ a month.

Was referred to Darren when by a friend I moved to Texas. Have never even spoken to the guy personally in over 5 years. The only time I hear from this agency is when I get a phone call from one of his assistants trying to sell me something. If you have any kind of service need expect to recieve little, if any help. Unfortantley State Farm is the cheapest auto for me but I will be moving my business to another State Farm office.

We were with this agent for over 10 years and everything was fine until the earlier this year when we requested to get a vehicle removed but it was not done and they still kept on collecting monthly payment on a vehicle we requested to get removed from our policy. Daren is never available, never in the office. Stay away from this place!!

I was on the verge of giving this agency a ZERO until I called and spoke with an agent Ariana. I was so furious of why my appointments keep getting postponed. She gladly calmed me down and resolved all my issues. I apologized several times to her over the phone because I was rude, but she insisted everything was ok. Thank you.

I WOULD NEVER EVER GO WITH STATE FARM AGAIN. ADJUSTER DISREGARDED WITNESS TO ACCIDENT. WITNESS WOULD HAVE TO BE CALLED IF IT WENT TO COURT ACCORDING TO LAW FIRM. HAD INSURANCE WITH TWO OTHER COMPANIES IN THE PAST 45 YEARS AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO STATE FARM.

I worked with Darren in Dallas, moved to KY but kept as many policies with his agency as I possibly can. Why? Because out of all the agents I could choose for our insurance needs, Darren is the man I trust to provide coverage and options for my family.
