Paul Previte is a great attorney and worth ever penny. A little background story I had an accident on 2/2/14 and charged with DWI, had a warrant out and arrested on Sept. 2016. My first attorney completely failed me. After my arrest I began to seek new representation. I first showed to his office after I googled best attorney for DWI and Paul appeared. He had good reviews, so I immediately made contact and he was able to meet me on a weekend when it was not even office hours. When I spoke with him he was straight with me and told me my DWI case would more then likely not be dismissed, I was a bit dissapointed, but completely trusted he would reduce my punishment as much as possible. Everytime I had questions I would text him and got answers the same day in a timely manner. Paul was able to reduce my charge to obstruction of highway a class B misdemeanor. I was surprised, and happy with the result. However later that day Paul contacted me with even better news and told me if I installed interlock ASAP for 6 months and had no violations during the entire time that my case would get dismissed. Well let me tell you today I went to court on 11/9/16 and my case was dismissed. As one satisfied client I turned to Paul once again to help me get my record expunged. I will be coping this review on other sites as I want Paul to get the good reviews he deserves. Thank you again Paul.

Paul Previte – Professional, Experienced, Caring I was frantic, attempting to obtain legal assistance for a family member that required advice/services very early on a Saturday morning. Living in the Northeast, I had no idea who to contact in the Fort Worth area. I spent several few hours doing internet research and, based on areas of expertise, qualifications, and posted reviews, created a short list and began making calls and leaving messages. When I called Paul, he personally answered the phone. He immediately took care of our most pressing issue and remained in constant communication with us throughout the weekend and into the next week to assist, answer questions, and provide advice. It was such a relief! I received return calls from all of the other attorneys on Monday, well after Paul had already stepped in and taken control of the situation. We can’t thank Paul enough and would highly recommend him.
