I have had my case going on since Jan.2012. I just recently received my decision. The lack of communication is why it has taken so long. I was told information in the 1st year that was wrong and was finally set straight by S.S. I feel that I was alone working my case. I don tfeel they really did any thing but show for court. Phone calls seldom returned, and I had to do most of the information collecting. At least 2times that could not find any information at their office that I was even a client. Since the favorable hearing I have called twice, left messages and never heard from them. I wish a had chosen any representation other than them, or switched. It has been homelessness and bumming from family. It has five wasted years.
