You always can tell when there is a superior alignment of staff and management in any offering. This public access to Whitefish Lake is extremely clean and well managed. With a wide array of water rentals and food, the grounds were worthy of at least a four star resort. One of the best examples of excellence within a cities public works that I have seen anywhere. The beaches, swimming and activities present were a joy for our family to experience.

Got it all and a sweet view of the mountains too. The park has a sandy beach, designated swimming area, docks, gazebos, and picnic tables. In the summer, lifeguards are provided during the day and boat rentals are available , a refreshment stand that serves Sweet Peaks Ice Cream. A public boat ramp is available with docking fee.

Nice sand beach. It gets crouded with families on warm weekends. Really Shallow, 3 feet deep until 50+ feet out. It has a floating dock for swimmers. There is a large concrete boat ramp and dock. Plenty of parking except on the really busy days. I go other places to swim, because it is crowded and too shallow.

BFF SHOW

Lots of shallow areas for little kids, a floating dock for bigger kids. Restroom, snack shack, grassy as well as Sandy areas. Gazebos, bbqs. This place is great. However it can get pretty packed on the weekends.

A great spot! Beautiful water and a small section of sandy beach. All sorts of people-powered watercraft for hire. Public restrooms, water and ice creams available

Great place for families. No drinking or smoking on the beach. Water is a little bit cold but bearable. Id recommend bringing ones own seating.

Great lake. Paddle boarding was nice but the jet skis came too close.
