EXTREMELY REPUTABLE ATTORNEY!! Mr. Carter and his associates are very adamant, assiduous professionals who are exceptionally detail-oriented. Doug is a remarkably reputable attorney in the tri-cities area. I was referred to him by several friends once they heard I was looking for a "damned good attorney who knew what he was doing". His paralegal who handles most of the phone calls is thoroughly educated with the justice system and knows her stuff!!
