I personally have had a good experience going through bankruptcy. I was able to keep more items than I expected. Charles was able to consolidate everything down to a manageable payment. I just got way over my head in debt. At first I had several questions about bankruptcy and was really against it. But now, I wished that I would have done it sooner. The one thing that I would recommend to make your experience better and for everything to go smoother is to make sure that you have everything that you need to bring in before filing. They will give you a list of the things that you will need to bring in when you go in for a consult.

I agree that the prices are high for biling bankruptcy. This attorney can be arrogant and rude. There are more personable attorney in the area with better pricing to consider when filing bankruptcy. The last thing you need is at this point is someone who is arrogant to deal with.
