Sam Wendt took my moms nurseing home case,Sam was upfront with his fee,and even paid a portion of our costs out of his fee,Sam is very professional,keeps his word ,he makes no promises that he cant keep,Sam was very good at explaining the pros and cons of moms case,my moms case for my family was about principal for mom and other seniors in nurseing homes,and of course any settlement to arise of this case,i feel Sam did his best with what our case had in facts presented,and the fact that our family had no money invested in all of the legal paper work that Sam had takein on the burden of all costs of the case it was only fair Sam take 40 percent or whatever the case may be,Sam had gotten our family a fair amount for my mom for her pain and suffering,bottom line is that Sam walked me thru moms case and explained every senerio which way moms case could end up,end result a fair settlement,i highly recommend Sam Wendt to anyone I bump into that needs a lawyer of his profession,he also has an assistant Rosalie who was very professional and was very dependable in my contacting her to forward my info of the case with Sam, both Sam and Rosalie are a great team together to handle what ever your case maybe.
