Very interesting looking building and very photogenic, especially from street level. It houses some exhibits of local art and school work. Lots of loiterers and panhandlers in the vicinity, so you may want to avoid at night.

Interesting building. They even hang paintings of former mayors that did time in the Federal Pen.

I came here during a protest for black lives matter. Liked it. It was nice but very restricted.
