I am the owner of Open City Healing Arts, a busy acupuncture practice in Center City. When my credit card reader quit working and I narrowed the problem down to the audiojack of my iphone I dropped by the big noisy Apple store and was politely told to go away, make an appointment online and come back next week. I then called Springboard, where a friendly guy named Sung looked in the jack with a special light, and then picked a big wad of lint out of it with a paperclip, and then took the time to make sure the card reader was functioning. I was so grateful, I offered him a free treatment!

Hmmmm, I read the posts here, but my experiences with them ( Springboard) over past two years has been very good. Good on explanations, good on service and the owner was available when I was having a problem with Apple and fought to get them to make things right. There is a new Apple store opening, and Im sure it will get more competitive. I would bet on the local guys working even harder. I like Apple to, and they do a lot of things right, but Im gonna stick with the local guys. JR

A few hours after posting my review, I was contacted directly by the owner of Springboard Media, Everett Katzen. Everett is a very nice guy and seemed throroughly concerned about my issue with my hard drive and offered to rectify the situation. I truly appreciated his empathy and based on the way he handled the situation alone, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy Apple Products. He truly cares about his customers.

I have had numerous issues with this store. It is worth the drive to King of Prussia to visit the apple store. Springboard does not stand behind the products that they sell, but luckily Apple does. Twice springboard has refused warranty service and tried to sell me replacement parts. I would label this a SCAM! Luckily, I stood my ground and called Apple who happily replaced the parts. Love Appel...HATE Springboard!

Customer service guy Greg forgot who I was and literally was making fun of the things I said to him to another customer next to me. He was mocking me to another customer....he was saying.."oh and this guy came in and he said.....and they had a good laugh while I was seething next to him. What a total douche. I will never buy anything from them again for me or my business. Neither will my wife. I hope he gets fired.

They diagnosed my optical drive broken and with a disk inside- both false, I checked before going. Only the metal frame was slightly bent out of place regarding the optical drive diagnosis. Also, broken LCD display which is true and, essentially, along with a slightly bent frame, are the only to things that needed to be fixed. They are charging me $1,499.00. This is ludicrous. Never send your laptop here.

The guys at Springboard saved my ass. I had client work on my old machine that had a HD failure and I had to have it for work. They were able to pull off my data at an AMAZING price and get be back to work. Thank you guys!! Anyone who has HD failure please come check them out, they can help you.
