I hired Attorney Michael McHale from the Marinaro Law firm to represent me in a criminal case, as his firm and he, himself, have a great reputation. Attorney McHale was aggressive, precise, kind, interested, knowledgeable, caring and friendly all throughout the process. He returns phone calls and emails as they are warranted, and he keeps his billing extremely fair as a result of that. I wanted a settlement in my case, and he found a suitable settlement. Attorney McHale would have easily won at trial, but I wished not to go the route, for time and monetary reasons. Attorney McHale really knows the law. There have been and are some big name attorneys in Lancaster. Being a fairly young man, until he is done, Attorney McHale may very well be regarded as one of the greats the county has ever seen. If you are faced with a criminal case, the Marinaro law firm has a great reputation as it is and is worth prime consideration, as does Attorney McHale, in both regards.

My family hired Michael Marinaro for a family member falsely accused of 5 serious criminal offences (up to a 30 year sentence). Michael Marinaro successfully instilled within the jury doubt of whether any crime was committed in addition to questions whether the case was properly handled by the authorities, leading to a verdict of not guilty on all charges. We are extremely with happy Michael Marinaro and his associates, and the exemplary job they did showing an abundance of reasonable doubt. Our trust in him and his team was well founded. He will definitely be our attorney in the future if the need arises. Would absolutely recommend his firm for any legal needs you may have.
