Mr. Lucas assisted us in setting up an estate plan given that we just had a child. We used the express prep package and everything was completed with one trip to his office. We did try to prepare these documents from a book that we had purchased but had difficulty with understanding the completion requirements. I would strongly recommend David K. Lucas and Associates. They made the entire process easy to understand and the express prep package made the cost affordable.
