I recently filed chapter 7, I was referred to them by my brother who had also filed prior. I began to pay Kohms and associates about a year earlier and they were patient with me because I did not have all the money, so when I finally got all the money and it was time, we finally got things together.. I appreciated the fact that they want you to gather together everyone you may owe to try avoid having creditors to come back. At first, I was a little turned off by that approach, but I really appreciated it at the end.. I got to court and they showed and were looking professional and all they took care business.. I seen a few peoples lawyers not show, and another guy thought he could file his own case and did not quite know the laws here in Texas and was quickly embarrassed. Good guys I definitely recommend them..

Very disappointed, one year into my case, when I first called they answer right away and within an hour I have someone in my house getting all the info, once you finish with the physical therapy, it is hard to contact anybody in the office they never get back to you,I was 6 months trying to contacted the office and they never answer, they are not avaliable to the customers and finally when you contact them they tell you that they cannot help you with your case anymore, that you are responsible for all the medical fee. I do not recommend this attorney.

I have 2 children that is 8 and 9 years old and had no where to go, the older they got the more I needed help, on 2012 with Tommy Carter help I now have the Child support I needed to help with the children, me and the kids dad had went our ways when my children was 2 and 3 years old.
