I was lied to from the first phone call. Stuck me with an out of town attorney who was inept, dishonest and could have cared less. I made a big mistake hiring these people and the settlement was a joke, just like the attorney. I complained to management during the process and was ignored. Terrible service. Use someone, anyone else.

Over all my experience was great my bodily injury was taking care of being patient is a verture when working with the insurance company at time I did get irritated because I felt like I was being spun but the insurance company really takes you for a ride but my lawyers and paralegal kept me informed
