David Couch recently transacted business with the head of a Professional Canvassing firm to search your signatures in order to find anything that could possibly disqualify your signatures from a legal petition to bring Medical Cannabis to sick and dying patients in Arkansas. Your signatures had already been approved and on the ballot. Then another attorney, - wonder who paid them? - filed a lawsuit against your signatures on that legal petition that ultimately disqualified your signatures after some of you had voted! All the while he had been paid at least $1,000,000 to do everything he could to get his own petition for medical marijuana on the ballot. David Couch not only made the chance of having Cannabis, a natural medicine, available legally for sick and dying patients NOT AVAILABLE, but he made YOUR VOTES NOT COUNT after you had voted! This is not only an ASSUALT on CANNABIS, this is an ASSUALT on DEMOCRACY!

What you have done to the people of this state can only be described, in my opinion , as criminal. I understand that you make your living defending nursing home patients. It is sickening that you would turn around and do this to the very people you represent. YOU and your greed, sentenced my poor, little, 74 year-old mother to a long, slow, and painful death. His website reads: a strong advocate for our civil justice system, and thus dedicates time working to insure that innocent individuals who have been wrongfully harmed receive justice. I really don"t think that is the case. Where voters are rob of their votes, there is no justice in that!!!
