I had never been to visit a lawyer before and was extremely nervous on my first visit. Damon and Melissa Duncan were very courteous and made me feel very comfortable and at ease when meeting them. I had heard horror stories about all the new changes that had taken place and that having to file bankruptcy these days would be a nightmare. Damon and Melissa Duncan provided me with up to date information on filling and answered all my questions and was very thorough in finding out the answers to any questions I had that they were unsure about - which were very few. The system they use for filling bankruptcy made the whole process fairly simple and straight forward. I was very grateful that they could and would tell me what to expect along the way of each step leading up to my finale bankruptcy court appearance.
