Jeff has helped me with my insurance needs for 5 years. I have been very impressed with his knowledge and ability to make the policy details understandable. I have recommended the Medicare Store to several friends who also appreciate his expertise and likewise return to him for help annually. This year I really enjoyed being able to receive a review of my needs and sign up for my 2018 policy using the wonders of technology. It was nice to hear his voice explaining the policy changes via my phone while viewing the written policy on my computer. It was great to accomplish this task without leaving the comfort of my home.

At first we were having trouble sorting through all of the plans that were available to my husband versus plans that were offered but not valid for our area. Jeff Frye helped us to decipher what would be the most cost effective plan based on his health care needs. He is very detailed in his explanations and encouraged all questions. Mr. Frye even made the process easier by using modern technology to do screen share versus going to his office but was also willing to meet face to face. Awesome Job! 5 stars!
