I was very happy with Michele, but I was not treated with the same customer service by Gina. I felt like I was 12 and being reprimanded by my mother. When I complained to Gale she said it was fine if I removed my 4 policies from their agency instead of trying to make things right. I will not be giving any more referrals to this agency.
