I was very satisfied with my experiences with Wise Home Energy. I wanted to make big efficiency gains in a 65 year old house. I needed a new furnace and also a thorough overhaul of the existing minimal insulation. Wise Home Energy completed the second task and patiently explained a number of details with regards to the insulation options. Their people - including Jason and Jeff and the insulation crew - were very friendly and committed. From insulation updates in previous homes and I am confident I will be impressed with the energy savings and also the reduction in ice buildup. Finding a good company like Wise Home Energy to help is a big plus.

from the moment Ryan came into our home he was very professional and nice he explained what was needed and he did a great job and later a man named Nick showed up and said he was there to do the service that was needed he also looked very professional and nice he know a lot about the job that was needed to be done and with Nick came another man named Robert he also was very nice and new what to do they were both very experienced in there job well the job is now done and they did a great job no fantastic job cant be happy with the job they worked very neat and cleaned up from my family and myself we say thank you all so very much

They come to me home for an energy audit. They took two weeks to get back to me what they thought needed to be done with costs. I had a small gas leak that needed to be fixed, which they put a temp did on. I told them what I thought needed to be done and they agreed to do the work they could do and was going to get a hearing professional to complete the rest of the work. NOTHING EVER HAPPENED! No returned calls no return emails. Horrible company unprofessional to say the least.

recently i got my home insulate free of cost from some very processional guys from wise home energy. these guys was so professional i just want to say thanks so much for the work you have all done to my home, it is so much warmer inside and for that i am grateful. i would recommend anyone who needs good insulation to call wise home energy you wont regret and it wont cast you a dime they save me over seven thousand dollars of insulation work.

Jeff and his team are awesome to work with. Even when they encountered an electrical problem from wires being jostled loose on my home built in 1875, they had an electrician come out and fix the problem at no cost. They were very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the whole process with paperwork and NYSERDA. I highly recommend them.
