Having been taken to family court a dozen times over the last decade, I had found it necessary to engage the services of 7 lawyers due to ineffectiveness, oversight, and incompetency. In the five years since I retained Jon, I have had one. Time and again, the previous lawyers would have some vague expectation of what was possible, resulting in orders that were all over the place, and subject to revision. This resulted in my ex exploiting these holes to persistently pursue full custody through revolving petitions. Jon changed that, He had clear vision of what is possible, and what is right. He is not a miracle worker. He is a Master of Law. It is his mastery that made it possible to shape custody orders that work for all parties involved, leaving no loopholes for my ex to exploit with perpetual petitions. His lightheartedness, and ability to be present without angst, is a testament to the fact that he has not been jaded by the pursuit of justice (A rare quality!), and this proves to be a great benefit for his clients during stressful times. He is quite simply, the best lawyer ever.

Got a traffic ticket in Dutchess County. First one in a long time. So I looked for local traffic attorney and saw Jonathan Katz Law with great views. Susan took my call, she was very patient and provided me with a lot of valuable information. She explained the process and the options available. She encouraged me to do more homework first (e.g. calling the town court, checking with insurance company etc.) before deciding whether to use their service. She also followed up with an email, showing me how to retrieve my NYS driving record. She’s professional, responsive and honest. Truly exceptional service, highly recommend!
