I was recently assisted and represented by Attorney Dan Samas. It is always a challenge to find a lawyer who is appropriate for you when legal assistance is needed. Following are some of my key thoughts that may help you in making a choice should the need arrise for you. 1. Access: Dan has a quality Website that is the main portal for obtaining his services. He has all the key information one needs to make a decision right there, and mechanisms to provide him with the information he requires to assist you. The Website is easy to navigate, and easy to understand. In case you prefer to start with a phone call that is also available. 2. Efficiency: Your time investment can be minimal. I had a very difficult case and spent perhaps 30 minutes total getting my pertinent information to Attorney Samas. All of our communication was via eMail. I had several questions and I always received a prompt, easy-to-understand, and useful answer. Attorney Samas was able to represent me in court without my need to be present. This was very time efficient for me as well as negating the need to walk into a tense, potentially difficult situation in the courtroom. 3. Communication: Dan personally corresponded with me every step of the way, from the moment I hired him through the conclusion of the court case. He diligently kept me fully informed of progress and let me know if any additional information was needed from me. Once the court case was complete he promptly provided a full summary of the outcome. 4. Personality: Dan was friendly, supportive, and very easy to interact with. I truly felt that he cared about my case and was doing his very best just for me. 5. Results: Dan walked my case through the court process quickly and efficiently. My case was admittedly a significant challenge, and Dan was able to obtain a very favorable outcome for me. Dan Samas got my speeding ticket, a moving violation, COMPLETELY DISMISSED. After getting into a car accident that was my fault (hydroplaned and rear ended the car in front of me) I was given a $180 ticket for "Speeding too fast for conditions" Dan Samas was recommended to me by another lawyer I knew who was too far north to represent me. I am extremely grateful to say not only did Mr. Samas lower my ticket to a non moving violation, he was able to get the ticket COMPLETELY dismissed. His fee was $250, so for really only $70 more, insurance will have no idea this ticket ever happened. There was also very little I had to do on my end except for hire him in the first place. I did not have to go to court, he took care of everything on his own and kept me posted along the way. Thank you Mr. Samas! I will recommend you to anyone who receives a ticket in your area.

I got a moving violation and was searching for attorneys. I found Dan Samas through web search. I based my decision to speak to him through the great reviews he has in avvo, yelp and google. All the reviews were spot on. He was professional, courteous and very accommodative and considerate. He communicates perfectly and understands the situation and explained me with all the necessary things that needs to be done in order get rid of the ticket. He even explained with all possible outcomes and not promising anything but assuring to work for best. Indeed, at the end, he has successfully dismissed my case (Best possible outcome) and am so happy in utilizing his services. I am an attorney and formerly worked cases in traffic court and I strongly recommend Dan. He helped me with 2 speeding tickets - the first was a simple single court appearance, with the charge being pled down to a non-moving violation to avoid license & insurance issues. That was great, but what really impressed was on my second matter, when a substitute commissioner was on the bench, instead of simply trying his luck and pocketing his flat fee, he continued the matter to another court date (actually did this twice) because he knew he would have a better chance in front of the regularly assigned judge - even though it was more expensive for him. The result, a dismissal, speaks for itself.

A TRILLION STAR rating! I was in spot as i had received a second ticket on the last week within the same year (the first being put on deferred referral for a year). Admitting on this infraction would have costed me both the tickets + a monthly insurance premium increase. Dan Samas not only handled the case professionally but he was able to get my ticket dismissed from Shoreline Court (a rather difficult court) as a result of which my first case would also be dismissed and not appear in my driving history.
