Handy Man

Had to look over my shoulder with marcel sager.he lied to me about my realestate deal The first deal w kooent bad.at first he claims other side never returned his calls.2nd deal went bad two.after waiting a few months for the other side to get back to him as he claims, He prepaerd the contracts with typface so small that i really needed a magnifying glass to read them.also he had a rider to sign On the document wich read contract of sale Sellers name to buyers name which was last buyer whos deal never went thrugh. Wene i asked him why was anothers persons name on the transfer documents he replied that he had gotten a colonoscopy that weekend and that it caused him to make mistake.also the attorney for the buyer was same as other attorney for last buyer. I felt like i was being victomized along with my partner.all he wanted was for us to sign the docs.wene think of him one word come to my mind.crook

I am disappointed that google reviews would post the review of Handyman. It is an incoherent and incorrect narrative of two failed real estate sale transactions with this former client. I hold myself out to the highest ethical standards. The prospective purchasers in this matter both pulled out of their respective deals, months apart. I cannot control that both of these prospective purchasers used the same attorney for their purchase. My goal is to provide my clients with personalized attention. As can be seen from the other reviews on this site, they have all been positive and glowing.

Not only is he non responsive, he also failed me on a traffic case, after that he failed on appeal by not providing legal argument timely and not reviewing the transcript.
