I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT I was with this agent for about 5 years, and during all that time I never once spoke with my agent Matt. He is always out of the office or assisting another client. I would leave messages and send emails, but never got a response. The girls in the office overall are knowledgeable and somewhat helpful, but too many times I would find myself left on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time. When I finally had enough and requested to speak with a supervisor or for corporate info they refused and informed me there was nothing I could do and no one I cloud speak to. I must say, I am impressed at the effort put into responding to this review. I STAND FIRM IN MY HONEST REVIEW OF THE BAD ATTITUDES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS OFFICE Also after I choose to post this review, as a fair warning to others, I received a $900 bill for a policy that was canceled over 60 days prior. My lawyer will be contacting your office to further discuss this.

Customer service is worth every penny! ! Switched over from a smaller broker company and not only did I save $$ but I can speak to the same person that signed me up anytime I need help or have questions. They are all very knowledgeable and I like that they are open until 7pm. Especially in this 24hr city.

Its great if you let them take a monthly deduction from your bank account..but if your 12 year old nephew is in the hospital with Cancer, and you pay online they will make you pay 30$ for what was once 13 and some change.
