This review is written for the interests of general public and solely based on my personal experience with no purpose of defamation. Absolutely UNprofessional service. This is my first time leaving a review because I have never been introduced to this kind of bad experience. No appreciation of any kind to a loyal customer at all. *****By all means, please avoid this office.***** Do not make a wrong choice and suffer through (even a month) by keeping business with them. I have been in business with them for more than three years now and wish I had called to cancel back then. Unprofessional staffs are the major contribution to this review. It feels like they are taking advantage of you for not being familiar with insurance policies. The explanation given will be different, so that you will be paying a different amount from the premium and falsely led to unknown, overdue payments. You are on you own when you are facing these bills because they are not going to acknowledge or apologize for their mistakes, but rather regard them as an unfortunate event that happened to you. In fact, they are causing you troubles as the staffs are lacking knowledges, but with irresponsible, careless attitudes. Be attentive at all times. Find other agents and be hassle-free.

Tengo un mes con mi carro y ya me cobraron 3 meses segun ellos eso marca su sistema mal servicio no les importan sus clientes es la 2 ves tengo problemas con farmers dure 13 años nunca tuve problemas asi y llamo servicio al cliente y es la misma cosa nomas te train de departamento a departamento y nadie te ayuda
