Came into the branch today long list of people waiting only two bank rep helping people the other 2 are just working on the computer bank manger is not helping anyone the whole time I was there just playing on the Computer what the hell get off the computer and help people in the lobby

Twice now I have had an issue with access with my service dog, it is ridiculous when you get hassled more at the credit union than any restaurant or grocery store I go to.
