Few winters back, my sister had an accident, while we were vacationing , away from home and definitely not prepared for a terrible situation like that. we were confused and did not know how to legally approach the matter. When I contacted the legal firm, Dougherty & Holloway Mr. Holloway took my call and of course my case. He was very professional and polite. Explained our options, gave an action plan and simplified things in a way I could understand. I was impressed by his ability to connect on both professional as well as personal level. He was in it not just for money but to help and protect my best interests. His staff was courteous and unlike other law firms , quick to respond. Mr. Dougherty is experienced, knowledgeable, detailed and best of all he gives the client tools to fight and win the battle. I will recommend his services without a second thought.

Every single person in the office is great to work with! They all work so hard and do a great job keeping you in the loop and explaining everything about your case. They fought hard for me to get my settlement and I was very happy with the result. My case was very emotional and they were always so sensitive to that. (Rebecca was a bit of a therapist at times.) I was in a traffic accident with injury, another driver was at fault. During the course of time, the other driver moved, did not leave his forwarding address, and was not easily found. Ed Dougherty did a great job of locating the other driver AND getting the insurance settlement that greatly helped with my medical expenses.
