I think claiming to represent eeoc claims and workers is very misleading when you reject eeoc right to sue letters and refuse to even review the case. The eeoc has charges for retaliation and discrimination against 2 entities and gave reference ro litigate. Yet this claimed there s nothing they can do for rhe worker when they claim they are for workers?
