We were referred to Patrick from a friend and it was the best decision we made for our family. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel silly for asking them. He also took the time to explain why a Chapter 13 would be more beneficial for us in the long run than the Chapter 7 we were thinking we wanted to file. He also never made us feel less than for having to file bankruptcy. We are in our third year of five to complete our Chapter 13 and I have called him several times over the years with questions and issues that have come up and he has always got back to me right away and have resolved the problem and put our minds to ease. I would recommend Mr. Patrick Fragel to anyone needing legal help. He recently defended our daughter’s DUI case - initially a very stressful time for everyone involved. Mr. Fragel was very patient with our daughter and us, answering the many questions with professionalism and honesty, and yet with understanding of her situation. His follow up is perhaps his strength - returning every telephone call promptly throughout the process. If needed in the future, I would contract Mr. Fragel again for his legal advise and services, as I trust his expertise beyond defending DUI’s. Mr.Fragel is AMAZING! He is super understanding and takes the time to sit down and listen to your situation. He always explains everything about your Bankruptys in great detail so you understand everything you need to do and what is going to happen step by step.
