Just signed up for Premium Checking. Took 3 attempts and a phone call to complete application. Customer Service phone call could not help complete application, Had to wait a full day and then start over. Hoping they are all that they say they are. Waiting for first 5% interest on my balance.

My experience is that they do not follow federal guidelines with regards to their mortgages and commit fraud by altering documents after a customer has signed them.
