I have worked with Ryan Peterson and the David Chapman Agency for nearly a decade. I believe this agency is the best with customer service and the level of integrity in which they serve. If and when you have a claim, Ryan stands by your side every step of the way making you feel comfortable and informing you of your options in your time of distress. With a profession such as insurance, a partnership between the client and the company, requires trust. I give The David Chapman Agency 5 Stars for their attention to detail, patience, honesty and excellence in their field. I highly recommend you setting an appointment with Ryan Peterson for a review of your current insurance. He is prompt, professional and I am sure he will become a long-term partner for your insurance needs.

I had more than a little bit of trouble with this company. After 23 emails back and forth, 9 phone calls. We finally got a new policy with Allstate However, it was not the rate, or the coverage we were quoted in the emails. . We had to go on 4 months on 2 months off pay schedule. Since we didnt want Autopay. We were covering 4 cars, a Boat, an RV and interested in Life Insurance. We paid the 4 months, and had the 2 months no payment. I was 1 day late on the payment on the 7 month, and they cancelled me. I did nto know I was cancelled until a month later when I received my check back. There was NO PHONE CALL NO LETTER MAILED NOTHING. This is NOT personal service. You will be just a NUMBER here. You should go with Progressive or Geiko or somewhere over the internet.

He sat down and reviewed our previous business insurance policy from another company and explained to us where we had coverage issues and corrected them in a new policy he created for us. Once our policy was in place, he then explained it again for us. He was professional, timely, and has a great sense of humor! Would recommend him to everyone!!
