On the Baltimore Beltway, I had the unfortunate experience of having a large piece of wood/metal bounce off a truck and head directly to my brand new 2015 Chevrolet Traverse (less than two weeks old). This piece of "whatever" hit my left front tire and wheel. Despite the traffic being very heavy I was able to change lanes and get over to the right shoulder. I was very thankful to have "On Star." They were very helpful and sent a company to change my tire. Not knowing whether I had insurance to cover such a freak accident I called my Insurance Agent, Josh Hykes when I arrived home. He immediately told me that I did have coverage with a 50.00 deductible. We took the vehicle to the dealership -the repair cost was over $1000.00!!!! The car was repaired the next day - the same day I called Erie Insurance (the # that Josh had given me.) The gentleman I spoke to could not have been any nicer and told me that during business hours an adjuster would me calling me. Sure enough, the adjuster called me the next day. Very simply she asked my story, asked me to email her copies of the repair invoices and told me a check would be issued immediately for the repair amount minus the $50.00 deductible. It all happened exactly as Josh told me it would! What absolutely wonderful service from A to Z Insurance!!! Thank you so much!!!

I was a long time customer with Gieco. After I moved, they raised my car insurance up to a ridiculous amount because of me living in Williamsport. I had no luck finding a car insurance quote that would fit my budget. Finally, a friend recommended Erie Insurance. I went online to get a quote and was shocked at how much money I would save. Josh was the closest Erie Insurance Agent to me and reached out to me immediately. The thing that I appreciated the most was even though it was way past his office hours, he attempted to contact me and discuss the best option for me. He was very knowledgable and answered every question I had. Not only did I get a really good price, my policy covers much more than what I had with Gieco! I recommend A to Z Insurance to all of my friends and family members.

Josh is a real down to earth person and he works hard to deliver superior customer service. When I was in a car accident earlier this year, I called Erie directly to establish my claim. When Josh found out about the accident, he called to check on me and my daughter. He is thoughtful and kind and keeps his clients needs in mind. We recently bought a house and he was very thorough in explaining what our homeowners policy will cover. He also took time to review all of the costs associated with insurance so I know exactly what to expect going forward. I definitely recommend him for anyone looking at insurance options. Large companies can treat you like just another number, Josh treats you like family.

Josh and A to Z Insurance have always responded rapidly to our phone calls and emails. When my van got rear ended last year, Josh responded immediately when I called about the accident. His first question was if I was OK. I received a call back within a couple hours to get set up with the claims adjuster, and everything was resolved and our check for the damage was received within just a couple days.We carry several policies with Erie, and the rates have been great. When we have had policy questions and changes, we have heard back within the next business day. Our experience with A to Z Insurance has been very good.
