If I could give this agency less than 1 star I would. My billing was consistently incorrect. Never given the correct information and when I had a claim through a rental property policy, even after verifying, should the renters cause damage that was covered it would not reflect negatively on me, they cancelled my homeowners policy! No notice, nothing! The staff is rude, there was one person that was helpful, but all of a sudden he stopped returning my call. So, if you want to just take what they say, and not ask questions for proper information, by all meas, give your hard earned money to this agency. I would probably rethink it though.
